After starting his working life in the Lloyd’s insurance market during the 80’s, Bill put himself through a computer science degree to join the world of IT. He cut his teeth consulting in a slew of banks, including JP Morgan, and held critical roles at Kaspersky Lab, Sun Microsystems and Symantec. Company85 was established in 2010 to provide independent IT transformation, security and cloud services, and the team has personally architected and managed elegant, highly available, easy-to-use solutions for some of the most demanding environments ever built.

David Rae is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for BP Alternative Energy, Shipping and Corporate Functions, responsible for IT strategy, delivery and support across those global business units and activities.
He joined BP in 2002 and has held several senior leadership roles in IT including CIO Upstream, VP Strategy, Architecture & Planning for BP and CIO roles for Oil Trading, Gas Trading and Risk Management/Analytics. His career has been at the intersection of technology and commercial activities – identifying and delivering technology-led change to drive tangible benefits for individuals and organizations.
David graduated with a degree in economics from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh. Having started his career in insurance and CRM he moved into commodity trading IT with Enron and EDF Trading prior to joining BP. David lives in London with his wife and two daughters.
Neil is a senior business and technology leader with over 15 years of experience in organisations such as Financial Times, Business Monitor International and Autodata.
Throughout his career, Neil has delivered business-level transformation and provided operational leadership in both traditional and digital businesses. In his latest role at Autodata, he has been at the forefront of their technical innovation including launching a variety of new products and features which saw them win Best Software Product of the year in 2017 and the Best Tech Product in 2016. Neil has been listed in the UK’s top CIO 100 for three years running and achieved a ranking of 12 in 2017.

Alison FitzGerald joined London City Airport in January 2014 as their first CIO. As COO, she has responsibility for the overall airfield operation, security, passenger proposition as well as for the delivery of all technology services to the business, including LCY’s Digital Air Traffic Control Tower – the first of it’s kind in the UK.
Mark Chillingworth has been observing, speaking and writing about and hosting CIO/CTO community events and podcasts since January 2008.

Andrew is CIO of Paragon Group, an organisation of approx. 7,500 colleagues working at the forefront of the physical to digital transition, offering leading-edge Customer Communications, Analytics, Print and Electronic Identification technologies to clients across Europe. Andrew brings over 25 years of technology leadership including 8 years as CIO for Tullow Oil plc and also as a Managing Director for Technology Strategy at Accenture. He has an MSc in IT & Management from Sheffield Hallam University and degree in Geology from Oxford University.
From Account Executive to CEO, Sarah climbed the career ladder in the fast-paced, highly competitive and volatile creative communications world, working with one of the leading global businesses within the WPP Group.
Sarah has experienced start-ups, acquisitions (from an agency and client perspective), mergers and integration of a small business (sub $5m) into a significantly larger one ($80m). She has had hands-on experience and responsibility for new business, HR & talent management, revenue and profit margin growth whilst building a team to accelerate her own learning and career development.
When Sarah became Managing Director of an agency merger, she undertook a restructure to grow revenue from sub $5m and single digit margin to over $17m revenue delivering the highest margin from all the operating companies within the Group. She’s instilled best practice capability in a number of areas during her 30 years’ commercial experience not just within the agency world but also with blue chip corporate clients. Pragmatic, open and collaborative, she is a people person who values the role that talent plays in achieving business success and to this end, has undertaken training with the AoEC to become an Accredited Executive Coach.
Outside of the business world Sarah has two teenage boys who keep her appraised of social media, the world of YouTube stars, grime and garage.
